Jathedar states Dhunda apologized multiple times, verbally and in writing.
Sri Amritsar Sahib (KP) – Just hours after asking for forgiveness at Sri Akal Takht Sahib, the humiliated missionary preacher denied that he ever apologized for anything or was ever chastised for his misdeeds, but Sri Akal Takht Jathedar's statements seem to contradict Dhunda's latest claims.
Shortly after the controversial missionary preacher, Sarbjit Dhunda appeared at Sri Akal Takht Sahib for making derogatory statements against the Gurbani Kirtan recited at Sri Darbar Sahib, various headlines flashed across various Punjabi newspapers. All of them detailing Dhunda's humbling appearance at the Highest Sikh Religious Seat of Authority with captions such as :
“ਧੂੰਦੇ ਨੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਪੰਥ ਤੋ ਮੁਆਫ਼ੀ ਮੰਗੀ”

Yet, just hours after his appearance at the apex Sikh Takht, the arrogant preached went on the Canadian Punjabi Radio station and declared that he received no punishment from Sri Akal Takht Sahib, nor did he tender any apology when he was summoned. Here are some audio extracts of his statements.

Khalsa Press, contacted Akal Takht Jathedar, Giani Gurbachan Singh, and requested a clarification regarding Sarbjit Dhunda’s appearance at Akal Takht Sahib and was point blank asked whether Dhunda actually apologized for his controversial remarks and received any “Tankah” (religious penance) for his offense.

PANTHIC.ORG : Giani Ji, can you provide details on how Dhunda was reprimanded or punished for his controversial remarks?
GIANI GURBACHAN SINGH:
(Giani Gurbachan Singh states that Dhunda was the following penance by Sri Akal Takht Sahib: (1) Dhunda must listen to Gurbani Kirtan for one hour, offer Karah Parshad-Degh at Sri Darbar Sahib, and he must recite an entire Sehaj Patth at his private residence as an atonement.
PANTHIC.ORG : Giani Ji, Dhunda claims he did not seek forgiveness at Sri Akal Takht Sahib, nor was penance by the Takht. Is Tankhah given only to guilty individuals, or also to an innocent person who appears at Sri Akal Takht Sahib (as Dhunda claims)?
GIANI GURBACHAN SINGH:
(Giani Ji Gurbachan Singh states that penance (religious punishment) is only given at Sri Akal Takht Sahib guilty parties who appear at Sri Akal Takht Sahib. Those who are innocent receive are not given such atonement.)
Furthermore, it is clear in the written statement that was submitted by Dhunda that Dhunda clearly apologized when he was summoned at the Takht, here is an extract of that apology:

History of Conflicting Beliefs
This is not the first time Dhunda has done an about-turn on about his religious beliefs. On stage he has rountinely ridiculed various Gurmat traditions and practices such as Simran and Naam-Abhyiaas, yet when he was confronted in Calgary and Toronto by pro-Panthic individuals, he claimed that he believed in the concept of Naam-Simran, Amritvela, and Gurmantar and had no issues with Dasam Bani. In both cities, Dhunda even went to the point of criticizing heretics such as Gurcharan Jeonwala, and Inder Ghagga and claimed he had no connections with them anymore.
Only time will tell if Dhunda's apology to the Sikh Nation was genuine or just an insincere act to save face. From his recent statements, it sounds like the latter.
I think everything is fine as Dhunda only played the game with the bigger players (jathedars and sant samaaj).
These fake frofessors,Gurbachan Singh Thailand, Sarbjit S.Dhunda, Inder Singh Ghangga and all missionaries are NASTICS,and main supporter Gurcharan Brar, Parminder Parmar,are 100% Camrades.
In Toronto,Sarbjit Dhunda, Inder Singh Ghagga, will not be allowed to parchar by Sikh sangat, camrade Gurcharan is on the black from Toronto Sangat. I had many arguments with Gurcharn he is dangerous to Sikhi, his children are not in to Sikhi, Sikhs must counter him at all times.
Gurcharan is telling Sikhs how to produce BOYS, using THERMOMETER, to check the temperature of your wife, before sleeping with her, this article is still can be read on Sikhmarg.
Comrade Gurcharan using Gurbani to fool readers, Guru Shabd is never says we use any tricks to produce children, Guru Bani only says to come under the will of Guru jee, Guru will cure all the ills we have created in our life. I have confronted this camrade every time when ever we met, he has 4-5 followers, they don't have the courage to question him they just follow blindly.

I believe Dhundas stance was that he doesn't believe listening to bani or doing a sehaj paht is a 'punishment,' a bit blown out of proportion on this article.
Nevertheless, this guy should be ignored. He offers nothing to the panth. We need to collectively move forward together united under one rehat maryada or else we will be doomed.

Please be carefull, about this man called Gurcharan Brar{jeonwala} this man is not a Sikh, he is a look like a Sikh, he dose not believe in Khande de Phahul,this man is 100% Comrade,I have long discussions with him on Gur Bani he is twisting the meaning of Gur Bani in his writings,all his writings has few words from GGS, but the Gurbani has a different massage,not what this nastics is trying to tell naive Sikhs. This man was disowned by his father in 2005,{this is written in his life story},now we should be very serious about this man, he can not be trusted, if his own father did not trust him. This man was kicked off from Sikhmarg, because he was writing confusing questions about Guru Nanak jee.
If you want to do something in Punjab, then send your money directly, whom ever you think is worth your money.
This man failed to tell his children about Sikhi, what can tell other people. He was ghon mon few years back,in Toronto there are few people whom he is using blindfolded.
