AKAL TAKHT SAHIB DECLARES RAGI A TANKHAYIA

Sri Amritsar Sahib - The five Singh Sahibans issued an edict from Sri Akal Takht Sahib declaring the controversial Ragi Darshan Singh a ‘Tankhayia’ (apostate). The Ragi was sternly chastised for failing to appear at the apex Sikh Takht at 12 noon on December 5th of 2009 as required.
On November 17th, the Ragi was directed by Sri Akal Takht Sahib to appear before the five Singh Sahibans and provide explanation for the offending remarks he had made about Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji at a Rochester, New York gurdwara.
The directive by Sri Akal Takht Sahib also declared the Ragi as a “Guru-Nindak” who, due to ego and self-interest, failed to uphold the respect and maryada of the sacred Takht Sahib.
The Sri Akal Takht Sahib directive further stated that until the Ragi appears in person for atonement, all Sikh organizations, institutions, and Gurdwaras should not allow the Ragi to utilize their facilities.
The five Singh Sahibans also gave a final ultimatum to the heretic Ragi that if he does not abide by this directive and appear before the Takht before January 7th of 2010, further severe action would be taken against him according to Panthic norms and traditions.

There is no story like that in Dasam granth that is attached to guru sahib. So he devised a drama for escape. This man was shouting he has original video and said Lamba had doctored one. So he is a confirmed liar now. Shame on such a low life person.

All the newspapers and other media articals shows that the so called Jathedars hides themselves in a small room under the stairs. Which is not a Akal Takhat.

A true humble Sikh is always ready to present himself in front of any Panj Piaray, whether they be in a local Gurdwara or at a Panthic venue. The Ragi was asked to appear in front of the Panj Piaray who also happen to be the Jathedars of our sacred Takhts. This is no trivial matter. He declined to do so. He is an apostate and a absconder, nothing less.
This time honored tradition of Tankhah has been followed by all those who appeared before Ragi, what makes the Ragi so special? Absurdly, the Ragi demanded that the Panj Piaray appear in front of him - it does not work that way.
Even in a normal worldly court you have to appear in front of the judge or jury, you can not just stand outside the court house or in the hallway and state you were present – after all this is the Takht of the Timeless. The Ragi should have some sense and respect for the very Takht he once served.
By rejecting the Authority of Sri Akal Takht Sahib and the Panch that serve there, Ragi has joined the league of naastics such as Kala-Afghana and Joginder Sawhney. Even Bhag Singh Ambala, the anti-Dasam Granth writer, presented himself at Sri Akal Takht Sahib and asked for forgiveness when he was summoned.
History will not judge Ragi too kindly for what he has done. |
Inder singh (December 21, 2009, 11:12 am)Ragi darshan singh used to call singh sahibans meeting at his home at Ludhiana when he was jathedar.
What face he has got to tell others that he will not go to a room at akal takhat.The fact is that Ragi is scared to face jathedars.He does not know head and tail what he is talking about Dasam Granth.
The biggest joke is that he left a small note in front of golak at akal takhat. On verification it is found that it is not signed even. What a joke he is playing with sikhs?

It is hard to get a copy of Dasam Granth at most of gurudwaras abroad.
