• Khalsa Alliance requests UK Sangat to shun rapist Sadh

 CHANDIGARH, PUNJAB (KP) - The Majha Ex-Servicemen Front, headed by Col. GS Sandhu, who successfully exposed the misdeeds of Nang-Poohla the Police Cat, has requested the Sikh Takhts and the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee to restrain the controversial charlatan Mann Pehowa. 

Claiming to be a 'shiromani sant' and a reincarnation of Guru Gobind Singh Ji, Pehowa is planning to participate in the upcoming tercentenary celebrations of the recompilation of Guru Granth Sahib Ji, and also head towards Europe early September.

 According to Col. GS Sandhu, Takht Sri Damdama Sahib Jathedar Balwant Singh and Avtar Singh Makkar have assured him that Maan Pehowa would not be allowed to hold future Kirtan darbars or community langars during the upcoming celebrations.

 Col. Sandhu warned that if the fake Sadh was not taken to task, the Ex-Servicemen Front and other Panthic organizations would be launching protests against the Baba.

Col. Sandhu stated that the Pehova Sadh had merely two acres of inherited land initially, but now runs three deras, a high school, and over 350 acres of land with other property.

Colonel GS Sandhu alleged that the Baba routinely lures and exploits his followers, and many of victims have now come forth, urging Col. Sandhu's organization to expose the Baba's misdeeds. They included young women from India and abroad who were raped or sexually molested by the Baba over the last several years.

Panthic organizations such as the Khalsa Alliance have also requested a boycott of Mann Pehowa, and along with Colonel GS Sandhu appealed for the UK Sangat to protest against his visit to their country.

In a short statement to Panthic Weekly, Col. Sandhu stated : "(We) request all sources to organize protests in UK (against the Baba). United we stand divided we fall."

 The Baba is planning to hold programs in the following locations from September 1st, to the 10th.

 Khalsa Alliance sevadars acknowledged "During his recent trip to California, the Baba could not hold a single program in a public Gurdwara; it would be a shame if the UK Sangat allowed this rapist who has molested our mothers, sisters, and daughters to hold programs in their Gurdwaras without any objection. It is up to the UK Sangat, whether they will allow this thug to roam freely in their Sangat or not. We have done our duty in California."
