WHEN THE KHALSA ARMY AND BABA BANDA SINGH BAHADUR PUNISHED ANTI-DASAM BANI HERETICS

It seems detractors of the Guru Khalsa Panth have been creating ruckus and pandemonium in the Sikh community forever – but Panth has dealt with these challenges accordingly - in the highest of spirits.

After Guru Gobind Singh Sahib Ji’s accession to Sachkhand, when Bhai Gurbakhash Singh (Baba Banda Singh Bahadur) reached Punjab, a revered Sikh Ragi, Kirtani Bhai Balakee Singh Ji and his companions met up with the Sikh General and the Khalsa Fauj in the outskirts of the town of Payal and Ghurram circa around 1709.

They came to court of the Khalsa with a serious complaint against the heresy that had been spreading under the tutelage of the Masands and their heterodox Ramrai congregation in the town of Payal.

MASANDS CODEMN SRI DASAM BANI AND ATTACK RAGI SINGH

In anguish, Bhai Balakee Singh Ji  described an incident at Payal where he was reciting Sri Dasam Guru Sahib Ji’s Chaupai Sahib during Rehras, and the heretical Ramrai Masands physically attacked him and  broke his stringed musical instrument known an a Saranda, and began to make derogatory remarks against Guru Sahib Ji also.    Should they be taught a lesson, asked Bhai Balakee Singh Ji?

Upon hearing the complaint of the vicious attack on Guru Sahib, His Dasam Bani, His beloved Kirtanis,  the Khalsa Fauj along with Baba Banda Sahib Bahadur set for and laid siege and plundered the town of Payal, and gave the Ramrai Masands the harshest punishment for their blasphemous actions.

The Khalsa Army then installed Bhai Balakee Singh Ji as the Chief Khalsa Constable for the Payal, and set forth to the town of Malerkotla with their armaments.

This incident is chronicled by the famed Sikh historian Giani Gian Singh Ji in his manuscript “Shamsher Khalsa”, published in the 1890’s.

HISTORY REPEATS ITSELF

Just as those Ramrai Masands, three centuries later, modern day illiterate missionary-heretics are trying to misguide the Sikh community, and are spewing the same type of venom against Sri Dasam Patshah’s Bani and attacking any Gursikh Kirtanis who recites it.

Heretics such as Sarbjit Dhunda, and Inder Ghagga have called Sri Dasam Bani, “ਗੰਦ” (trash) and a products of the Hindu Granths.  Dhunda has even stated that verses recited by Sri Darbar Sahib Kirtanis (Ragis) are so offensive that they bring even prostitutes to shame.

Is history repeating itself, only time will tell when these heretics will be dealt with in accordance to the norms and traditions of the Khalsa Panth as was done in the case of the Masands Ramrais.

GIANI DITT SINGH JI OF SINGH SABHA LEHAR HAD FULL FAITH IN SRI DASAM GRANTH

CONFUSED MISSIONARIES

Modern pseudo-missionaries are always referring to the Singh Sabha Lehar in thier propaganda, and constantly posting images of the great Giani Ditt Singh Ji on their books, posters, and websites.  Do these illiterate buffoons realize exactly who Giani Ditt Singh Ji really was and what the Singh Sabha Lehar was about?

Giani Ji was a a true Sikh scholar who had studied not only the sacred bani enshrined in Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji, but also studied the sacred contents of Sri Dasam Granth Sahib Ji.

Giani Ji freely quotes from various compositions in Sri Dasam Granth, including Sri Charitropakhyian, and Chandi Charitter. In fact, he even pens down the exact date when Sri Charitropakhyian was compiled and completed.

The level of ignorance being shown by modern pseudo-missionaries is ludicrous and illustrates just how little understanding they on Gurmat philosophy and Sikh history.

SHABD GURU DESECRATOR LACHMAN CHELA RAM HONORED BY IGNORANT US SIKH LEADERS

ਇਸੁ ਕਲਿਜੁਗ ਮਹਿ ਕਰਮ ਧਰਮੁ ਨ ਕੋਈ ॥

Would you honor a scoundrel guilty of the desecration below?

Several purported leaders of the American Sikh Community did.

Sacramento, Ca (KP) - Honoring detractors of the Panth seems to be in vogue. Take for example the notorious Delhi based fraudster Lachman Chela Ram whose organization is guilty of desecrating countless sacred saroops of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji and Gurbani Pothees by abandoning them in a filthy warehouse in Delhi just received a warm welcome from his cohorts in the US.

In March of 2010, Chela Ram was also found guilty of doing parkash of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji’s saroops in various Hindu Mandars across Delhi.  Some of those saroops were removed by sevadars of various Delhi based Panthic organizations.

According to press reports, Chela Ram was “honored” at West Sacramento Sikh Temple and Roseville Sikh Temple in California, and by the Guru Gobind Singh Foundation in Maryland during his visit to the US in November of 2011.

Despite the serious transgressions of grave sacrilege by the Lachman Chela Ram, neither the Jathedar of Sri Akal Takht Sahib, nor the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee have taken any action against perpetrator Lachman Chela Ram.

Oddly, he is now being honored abroad by naïve and ignorant individuals for his “contributions to Sikhi.”  Ironically, this is all occurring at the heels of the announcement by the Takht Jathedars to bestow Panthic enemy Parkash Badal with the "Panth Rattan Fakhar-e-Kaum" (Jewel and Pride of the Nation) award.

Is this the type of welcome given to those who desecrate the Sacred Saroops of Guru Granth Sahib Ji?

GIVE BADAL GADAAR-E-KAUM TITLE : BHAI RANJIT SINGH JI

Reacting sharply to the announcement that the Takht Jathedars would be honoring Parkash Badal with the the title "Fakhar-e-Quam", Bhai Ranjit Singh stated that he should be bestowed the title of "ਗੱਦਾਰ-ਏ-ਕੌਮ" (Traitor of the Nation) instead.

The former Jathedar of Sri Akal Takht Sahib stated that Giani Gurbachan Singh has even overshadowed the actions of Sarbrah Aroor Singh who honored General Dyer, the villain of Jallianwala Bagh massacre, at Sri Akal Takht Sahib.   Earlier Parkash Badal's wife, an apostate (patit) was honored with the title of "Mata Khivi Ji."

Sikh organizations including Khalra Mission Organization, Punjab Human Rights Organization, Akali Dal Amritsar, Akali Dal Panch Pardhani, Dal Khalsa, and others chided Akal Takht Jathedar Gurbachan Singh for the proposed honor of Badal and stated it would be a black blotch in Sikh history if such an honor was bestowed to this anti-Panthic personality.
