WHAT IT FEELS TO BE A SIKH?

A proud sensation?
Or a youth's hesitation?

More than this it is
A proud responsibility
An outstanding ability

We can be sweet as candy
And sour as salsa
Now that's what you call a perfect "KHALSA"

Society has for quite a while laughed at us
Sometimes by episodes,
Sometimes by throwing jokes at us!

But now it's time for our awakening!
To our insult we must put an ending...

So that our next generation,
Whether rural or urban
Doesn't hesitate... to wear... a TURBAN... !!
